States Where We Sell Securities

Each state has its own securities laws, commonly known as "Blue Sky Laws" which are designed to protect investors against fraudulent sales practices and activities. While these laws can vary from state to state, most states laws typically require companies making small offerings to register their offerings before they can be sold in a particular state. The laws also license brokerage firms, their brokers, investment adviser representatives and agents.

The Loan Fund is registered and cleared to sell securities in the states colored in Grey or Green on the map below; however, we are not registered to sell securities in states colored white.

The purchase of Extension Loan Fund (ELF) securities is subject to risks, which are described in the Offering Circular. This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy ELF securities. Such an offer is made only by an Offering Circular and only in those states where the ELF securities may lawfully be offered or sold. ELF securities are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC),Securities Investor Protective Corporation (SIPC), or any other state or federally regulated institution nor are they guaranteed by the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.
