Lawn B. Gardner has a broad range of experience in business and corporate law matters. Lawn has extensive experience in business transactions, real estate transactions, commercial lending and secured transactions, entity formation and governance, private placement offerings and estate planning.
Lawn graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1987 with an undergraduate degree in accounting and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma School of Law in 1994, where graduated Order of the Coif. Lawn is admitted to all Oklahoma State Courts and is currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Lawn is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status) and a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Lawn enjoys spending time with his family and friends and playing the guitar. His idea of a vacation is a trip to the beach.
