Our Mission

The mission of the Fund is to provide financing opportunities to the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, and it's institutions while maintaining its fiduciary responsibility to its investors.

The Extension Loan Fund is a denominational Church Extension Fund (CEF) which exists primarily to:

  • Sell investments to individuals who prefer quality, fixed-rate, faith-based investments.

  • Provide financing solutions to churches and ministries for the purchase of buildings, facilities, land and church improvements.

  • Solely focus on working with ministries and churches since 1958.

  • Effectively manage assets of nearly 60 Million dollars.

  • Strengthen our relationship with over 2300 annual investors. A recent study confirmed that 77% of our investors have invested with us on more than one occasion.

  • Continue to finance more than 900 churches in 34 states and 5 foreign countries.

The purchase of Extension Loan Fund (ELF) securities is subject to risks, which are described in the Offering Circular. This is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation of an offer to buy ELF securities. Such an offer is made only by an Offering Circular and only in those states where the ELF securities may lawfully be offered or sold. ELF securities are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC),Securities Investor Protective Corporation (SIPC), or any other state or federally regulated institution nor are they guaranteed by the International Pentecostal Holiness Church.
