Hugh Morgan names Lonnie Rex as Man of the Year.

The Extension Loan Fund is forever grateful for the service of Rev. Lonnie Rex, as a minister of the gospel, a humanitarian, an ambassador and as the first investor in the Extension Loan Fund.
